Refund policy

At FORBIDDEN, all items are made-to-order. Because each product is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To file a claim:

  • Email us at contact@forbiddenus.store

  • Include your order number

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery.
